We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or tampered with.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
